TRADITIONAL FRAMES

Hand-cut frames for barns, houses and estates across Sydney, Australia.

WHAT WE BUILD

TRADITIONAL BARNS

Working barns built the old way. Mortise-and-tenon joinery, draw-pinned with oak, raised by hand. Built to outlast the people who commission them.

HOUSES

Custom homes with the frame as the feature. Exposed king posts, hand-hewn beams, structures that become the architecture rather than hide behind it.

ESTATES

Pavilions, guest houses, horse barns, gatehouses, and outbuildings for properties where every detail matters. Designed and built in conversation with your architect or directly with you.

THE OLD WAYS, BUILT NEW

Timber framing is the oldest way of building structures that last. Posts, beams, braces, joined by hand and held together by gravity and craft, not nails, not glue, not steel.

We build the way framers built three hundred years ago, because three-hundred-year-old frames are still standing. Most modern construction won't see fifty.

If you want a structure with the soul of the building in plain sight, and built to outlast you, this is what we specialise in.
